IBISON TALENT GROUP TEAM

Nicola Ibison

Nicola Ibison

CEO, Founder

Nicola Ibison set up and ran the factual, specialist and sports media departments at James Grant Management for 6 years, before moving into Executive Search in 2015. She has worked alongside the UK's top commissioners and producers, with an exceptional understanding of the TV sector. She has strategised the careers of some of Britain's most famous faces, including Clare Balding, Gabby Logan, Eamonn Holmes and the Hairy Bikers. She remains a global talent consultant, with a deep understanding of both what businesses need and what talent can offer. Nicola began her career as a newspaper journalist, moving to network news at ITN and she became Senior Producer at GMTV. Prior to that, she won a scholarship for a Masters Degree in Broadcast Journalism at Northwestern University in Chicago, before a stint as a Washington Correspondent for several small US TV stations. It's fair to say, her career did not shine on-screen and she is far more comfortable directing operations from behind the scenes. Nicola is proud to be on the board of two production companies, Tigerlily Productions and Hello Donkey. She is also a trustee of The Hospice Biographers charity.
