Rosie worked for the Chairman of one of Europe’s leading talent agencies, Independent Talent Group, supporting some of the UK’s leading acting and TV talents. She has extensive experience in managing busy professional and personal lives, with discretion and efficiency. Her time at the agency also allowed her to work alongside and some of our best directors, producers and writers so she has a well-rounded understanding of the TV and film industries, along with a black book of contacts in the UK and USA.

Tasha has 20 years’ experience in events and artist management and she has represented clients across the media industry in drama, unscripted and sport. She also set up the media division of a sports marketing and management company to help sports stars to diversify their revenue streams after retiring from competing. After a slight career break to look after her three most demanding clients – her children – Tasha joined ITG in 2019.

Before she founded ITG in 2015, Nicola was Head of the Factual, Sports Media and Specialist departments at James Grant Management (now YMU Group). She has worked alongside the UK's top commissioners and producers and has managed some of Britain's most famous faces, including Clare Balding, Gabby Logan, Eamonn Holmes and the Hairy Bikers. Her career began in journalism and production, moving from newspapers into network news at ITN and then becoming Senior Producer at GMTV. Prior to that, she won a scholarship for a Master’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism at Northwestern University in Chicago, before a stint as a Washington Correspondent for several small US TV stations. Her experience gives her a deep understanding of both what media businesses need and what talent can offer. Nicola is proud to be a trustee of The Hospice Biographers charity.
